I haven't been open long so the Qs aren't very F yet!. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so hopefully this answers the basic questions. If you need to contact me for anything else drop me a message through my instagram.
Orders:
I'll confirm your order by e-mail when it's placed.
For print orders, they can take up to 48 hours to prepare.
I'll confirm dispatch when it's shipped.
Payments:
I use Shopify Payments and also accept Apple Pay and Paypal.
You can use Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Shipping:
I use Royal Mail for delivery.
Shipping is £3.00 for UK and £7 for the rest of the world.
Shipping is free on orders over £50
UK delivery aim is 1-3 working days - please allow up to 10 working days.
ROW delivery aim is 6-7 working days - please allow up to 28 days.
Returns:
I want you to be happy with your order so please drop via the contact form if you have any issues you'd like to discuss.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your goods to advise us that you’d like to return your items if you’re not satisfied, and then 14 days from that date until we must receive the goods back. The goods must be returned in the condition they were sent to you. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. You will be refunded the cost of the goods exclud- ing the postage fee paid at the time of your order.
